Aid for Tokyo

The Arasaka board has decided to spend 27 billion €$ on tackling the housing crisis in Tokyo. The funds will be invested in additional floors to pre-existings megabuildings. The Japanese government is also considering draining part of Tokyo Bay in order to build new housing settlements.
